You will begin to see a flurry of activity as our crews begin the work to bring fiber internet to the neighborhood. These crews are installing fiber optic cables that will transport high-speed internet to homes in your neighborhood. We want to give you a heads-up on the project to keep you informed. Below is a brief outline of the activity in your area:

‍STEP ONE: Marking Public Utilities

‍Before construction can begin, our crews need to know where all public utilities are located underground. The utility companies will flag and mark where all of their lines are located. Some of these utilities could be located and marked in the lawn, tree line, near trees, and other shrubbery in the right of way.

‍STEP TWO: Install the Mainline Fiber Network

‍During this stage, we are placing junction boxes and physically burying fiberoptic cables. You may see digging in your yard. After the infrastructure is in place and buried, a rough grade restoration will take place.

‍PLEASE NOTE: After all construction is complete in the neighborhood, we will repair and restore disrupted landscaping. (Restoration may take 4-6 Weeks).
